THE WINDOW SOUNDTRACK is out

The series THE WINDOW is now available on many platforms including Sony AXN in Germany and Streamz in Belgium, and the soundtrack album is coming out today

Composing the music for a football-themed show focused on behind-the-scenes elements presented a unique challenge and creative opportunity. In order to capture the excitement of the game, I decided to blend the raw energy of rock guitars and drums representing the adrenaline-fueled nature of football with the emotional depth of an orchestra to enhance character experiences and magnifying the stakes. 

The result is a dynamic and emotionally resonant soundtrack accompanying the viewer through the series' unfolding off-field stories and numerous unexpected plot twists.

My first thanks go to producer Rolant Hergert (Boogie Entertainment GmbH) and co-producer Sebastian Schelenz (Velvet Films) as well as Executive Producer James Payne for the great collaboration and their trust in my vision of a score blending rock guitars and an orchestra.

Thank you of course to directors Adrian Shergold, Claudia Garde and Pieter Van Hees for their exciting ideas on integrating the music within the episodes.

Thank you and congrats to Robert Franke (ZDF Studios) and Taka Hayakawa (Fuji Television) on bringing forth such an emotionally compelling and thrilling series.

Many thanks to my friend and orchestrator Ruben De Gheselle who brilliantly supervised the making of the orchestral parts from the scores to the recording sessions.
